Absolutely! My coaching is flexible to ​address various aspects—personal, career, ​wellness. We'll collaborate to create a ​tailored plan that aligns with your ​multifaceted goals.

Everything we talk about is 100% confidential and unless you tell someone that we are working together (or give me your express permission to do so) no one will know that we have spoken. I am ethically obligated to keep all sessions confidential.

Result are very personal and highly dependent on your commitment and willingness to follow actions plans we set in place together. Clients experience improved ability to tackle obstacles that get in the way of achieving their goals by the development of specific plans of action and continued support and guidance from me. With my guidance, you discover new alternatives and approaches to reach your desired outcomes with increased awareness of available choices. I will provide structure, support and feedback and hold you accountable. With a commitment to the coaching sessions, most clients will be able to define and achieve their personal and professional goals faster and easier.

This will depend greatly on what you want to achieve with coaching. You should be getting great benefit from each session. If your goals are more complex the minimum commitment is generally three months of coaching. This can be discussed in more detail during your free consultation. There are no hard and fact rules.
